  • Receive and peruse Transfer document and forward it to you for execution prior to settlement
  • Co-ordinate the settlement date with your lender and the Purchaser’s Conveyancer in the time
    frames imposed by the contract
  • Confirm deposit held by the Agent before submitting final figures and cheque directions to the
    Purchaser’s Conveyancer
  • Notifying the Real Estate Agent of the settlement and authorising release of the keys to the purchaser
